Please read these terms. Using the HobbyWiki site (the site) means you agree to them. They are governed by the law of the Hong Kong SAR.

1. The site
HobbyWiki collects toy and model news and product records, mainly for readers in Hong Kong, in Traditional Chinese, English, and Spanish. That includes edited news, figure entries, and links to third-party sources. See about.
2. Information only, no warranty
The site is for general reference and hobby discussion. It is not buying advice, investment advice, or legal advice. We do not warrant that any product is available, or that a price, ship date, or spec is exact.
Orders, payment, and after-sales follow the brand site, an authorised seller, or the other party to the sale. To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for loss caused by relying on its content.
3. Third-party content and intellectual property
Product names, trademarks, images, and official copy may belong to brands, photographers, the press, or other rights holders. Unless we say otherwise, we do not own that material. We show it to identify a product, report public news, or quote reasonably, and we label the source when we can.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, send details via contact. We will handle a reasonable request promptly.
4. Editorial content
The site may include articles written or rewritten by our editors, and facts gathered from public sources. Copy can be out of date, incomplete, or in need of correction. Do not assume a brand has confirmed every entry. Do not bulk-copy our original arrangement or prose for commercial redistribution without written consent.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape so heavily that the site becomes unstable, or in breach of a source site’s terms
- Do not try to access, interfere with, or damage the site or its infrastructure without authorisation
- Do not use the site to spread unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content
6. External links
The site may link to third-party sites (brand shops, press, social platforms). Those sites are run by others. We do not control their content or privacy practices. You use those links at your own risk.
7. Privacy
Personal data is covered by the privacy policy. These terms and that policy apply together. If they conflict on personal data, the privacy policy prevails.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date on this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The parties agree that the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This is not a mainland China ICP-filing site, and the footer does not show a mainland filing number.
